Terms of Service

Quotes and agreed scope

Published packages are introductory offers for South African small businesses. A final quotation confirms the scope, price and agreed deliverables. Custom requirements and additional services may affect the final price. Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation to purchase.

Once-off projects and monthly services

Online Presence, Business Website and Website + Analytics are once-off projects. Website Care and Website Insights are monthly services. Monthly updates and support are limited to the scope agreed in your quotation. Additional work is quoted separately.

Domains and third-party costs

You retain ownership and control of your domain account and are responsible for domain registration and renewals. Hosting, subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in the quotation. MMK BIZ Solutions provides connection guidance and agreed management, not ownership of your domain.

Content and project delivery

You supply the agreed website text, images and necessary access, and must have permission to use that material. Delivery times depend on the agreed scope and how quickly required content and access are supplied. Timelines are agreed during project planning.

Analytics and performance

Basic GA4 implementation includes agreed setup, testing and handover, not unlimited custom events or advanced tracking. Website Insights requires an existing correctly configured GA4 property. SEO services provide basic on-page improvements and practical insights, not guaranteed rankings, sales or business results.

Service-specific terms

Payment arrangements, revisions, cancellation, ongoing service conditions and any other project-specific terms must be agreed in your written quotation before work starts. Your statutory rights under applicable South African law remain unaffected.
